How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to supportandsales@freaksgames.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location on freaksgames.com where the infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as quickly as reasonably possible, typically within 72 hours.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

Freaks Games will terminate access for users or game sources that are found to be repeat infringers.
